Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and NaijaCP Studios ("we", "us") for playing Wahala Wheels (the "game"). By ticking the boxes on the sign-in screen, or by playing the game, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can play
The game is made for players aged 7 and up. The sign-in screen asks you to confirm that you are at least 7 years old or that a parent or guardian has approved you playing. If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), please read these terms with a parent or guardian, and ask them before buying anything or linking an email address.
2. Your account
- When you choose Guest, the game makes an account tied to this device and gives you a Player ID. You can pick a racer name and link an email address so you can get your racer back on another device.
- Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read the codes we send to it can sign in as your racer.
- Racer names must not be rude, hateful, or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
- If you play as a Guest and never link an email, losing or resetting your device can mean losing your racer. We cannot always restore it.
3. Coins, gems and other game items
- Coins, gems, cars, upgrades and other items are a licence to use them inside the game. They are not real money, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged outside the game.
- Gems bought with real money are final once they are added to your account, except where the law or the store you paid through says otherwise.
- We may change prices, rewards and items to keep the game fair and fun.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, attack our servers, harass other players in online rooms or voice chat, or sell accounts. We may remove items gained unfairly and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
5. Online play and voice chat
Online races and voice chat are with other real players. Be respectful. Voice chat is off until you switch your microphone on, and you can mute it at any time.
6. The game can change
We update the game, add or remove features, tracks and items, and may pause or end online services. We will try to give notice of big changes inside the game.
7. No warranty and limits
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost progress, interruptions or indirect losses. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
8. Ending
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account inside the game (Settings → About → Delete account), or ask us to do it (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
